Notification Period

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within seven days of receipt or within seven days of when the issue was identified.

Handling Charges

If a return is accepted for credit after 14 days, a handling charge will apply. This charge is 10% for returns between 14-29 days, and after 30 days, no credit is offered.

Substantiation

All returns for credit are subject to the supplier’s reasonable substantiation.
